Sources settings

Here is a brief explanation of the data sources settings based on type of source.

FeelWeb

For every domain configured to Feelback.io the settings popup looks like this:

Name is where you can set a name for the sources.
Tags helps organize your analytics data for this sources.
Question Rules you may set a question for every url pattern you like.
Notify When enables email notification when specific type of feels are detected in the domain.
Notify Team the team you would like to send notifications.

FeelApp

For tablets or devices using our Feelback App you will have this options for every source connected to your account.

Name is where you can set a name for the sources.
Tags helps organize your analytics data for this sources.
Question Rules you may set up to three questions per device source.
Notify When enables email notification when specific type of feels are detected in the domain.
Notify Team the team you would like to send notifications.
Ask for Email & Comment this is a special feature for our FeelApp sources.
Enable Face Based Insights this is a special feature for our FeelApp sources.

FeelMail (Email Campaigns)

FeelApi

For special integrations using our Api you will have more options here:

api_key this is the api key for connecting to our api key.
source_hash this is the source hash key specific for this app source.
App Name is where you can set a name for the sources.
Tags helps organize your analytics data for this sources.
Notify When enables email notification when specific type of feels are detected in the domain.
Notify Team the team you would like to send notifications.
